In aluminum heat exchangers for air conditioners, the increase in size and complexity of parts makes uniform heating difficult, leading to issues such as temperature variations and defects due to oxidation. As a result, it is challenging to ensure stable quality from prototype to mass production, which can also impact production efficiency and delivery times. To address the need to solve these problems, Shinwa's Joytech Center has newly introduced a large batch aluminum brazing furnace. With a spacious furnace that can provide stable heating for large parts at once, precise temperature management through 6-zone PID control, and oxidation prevention in a nitrogen atmosphere, we achieve stable, high-quality brazing from prototype to mass production.
